Marousio’s owners have revived the traditional agricultural practices and customs , such as: baking bread and pies , harvesting grapes and kiwis , distilling tsipouro from the local variety “zampela”, harvesting corn and so on , creating by this way a model of sustainability that lies at the heart of their philosophy to make the hotel as self-sufficient as possible.
